From the preparation through to the last dance. Two crews where the day needs two, a ladies-only crew for the sections that require it, and a teaser cut within 48 hours.

    The walk-through

    We visit the venue or study the plan: where the light is at that hour, where the crew can stand, and what the venue's own rules are.

  2. 02

    The run sheet

    An hour-by-hour list of every moment that must be captured — entrance, speeches, cake, group shot — signed off by you before the day.

  3. 03

    The coverage

    Crew in before your guests, working to the sheet. Privacy rules are the host's to set and ours to follow, without being asked twice.

  4. 04

    The delivery

    Teaser in 48 hours. Full gallery and film on the date written in the sheet — not "when it's ready".

Event questions

What couples and
organisers ask.

How far ahead should we book?
For a wedding in season, two to three months. For a corporate day, two to three weeks is usually enough. Send the date as soon as you have it — we will hold it free while you decide, and tell you honestly if it is already taken.
Can you provide a ladies-only crew?
Yes. Say so when you book and we arrange it for the sections that need it, with the same equipment and the same delivery standard. This is arranged in advance, never improvised on the day.
Do you post our photos publicly?
Not without asking. We ask permission for specific frames, and if the answer is no — or the event is private — nothing is published. Several of our strongest frames are not on this site for exactly that reason.
What if the event runs late?
Full-day coverage means the day, not a stopwatch. For hourly bookings, extra hours are charged at the rate quoted up front, agreed on the night — never invoiced as a surprise afterwards.
Do you cover more than one room at a time?
Yes, with a second crew. Tell us the agenda and how many rooms run in parallel and we will quote the crew the day actually needs — not the cheapest number that technically fits.
